As a Sommelier, I find that your lamb is the best in texture and flavor (even the lesser priced cuts) much like my French Canadian father taught us was "Superior Lamb". I promote your farm and the store that carries it in our area at my wine tastings. Good Wine deserves good Lamb!

Hi my basque family, Although you are not my family, I consider you as one of us. I have been raised in Tracy all of my life and have grown up eating lamb which I love. I have never tasted such wonderful lamb. I have eaten much lamb throughout the country, even Omaha Steaks lamb and the lamb and Costco and I remember the lamb I ate growing up but since I have tasted yours, NOTHING compares. The taste and tenderness is absolutely fabulous. You can have anybody call me and I will tell them the same. It's even better than the lamb served at the Wool Growers in Los Banos. You have to know how to prepare it (Garlic) but the secret is how it is grown. You guys are #1 as far as Charlie and I are concerned. Keep up the good work. Love Lena and Charlie Selna
