This is the 4th generation that Frank's family has been raising sheep in the Central Valley of California. The grass on the hills of the Central San Joaquin Valley have assisted him in raising quality natural lamb. Frank and his family are now able to sell their product directly to consumers who really appreciate local-grown, young premium lamb. Frank's Basque Family Farm's lamb has a distinctive, mild flavor, primarily due to the mother's milk, the quality natural feeds, and fresh water that are given to them . Frank raises his own replacements, meaning that all the mothers of the lambs originated at our farm. So, when you buy our product, you will know where the animal originated from and how it has been raised since birth. This sets us apart from many others! Not many lamb marketers can say that. Most lamb marketers purchase lambs from many different farms and areas of the country. This does not yield a consistent product, unlike Frank's product. Frank's premium lamb is available year round for our customer's convenience. We have herds that lamb 2 different times of the year to facilitate the availability. We offer free local delivery (within 30 miles from Tracy/Stockton, CA.) or we can ship anywhere in the U.S. for an extra charge.
